Recently, an allegation has surfaced involving us, and we would like to address this with complete transparency. A social media post that has widely surfaced brought attention to an allegation of a handwritten note found in one of our products, raising serious concerns about forced labor within our brand. 

First and foremost, we want to state that BUHI does not and will never tolerate unethical labor. 

    We maintain strict oversight of our supply chain to ensure compliance with labor laws and that ethical working conditions are present. We work with factories that adhere to fair labor standards.

    Given the gravity of this allegation, we have launched an internal investigation to ensure safety and ethical labor for our employees. If any wrongdoing is, in fact, found, we will take immediate and swift actions to uphold the integrity of our brand and the well-being of our workers.
